CaseEasy AI: Current Capabilities & What's Next

See how AI is already working in CaseEasy today and where we're taking it next.

Written by Support Team

AI is becoming an increasingly important part of how immigration professionals work. At CaseEasy, our approach is to introduce AI where it can provide practical value while giving firms control over whether and how these capabilities are used.

CaseEasy already includes AI-powered capabilities today, and we're actively expanding what AI can do across your practice.

This page provides an overview of what's currently available, what we're working on next, and an opportunity to help shape the future of CaseEasy AI.

Available Now

✨ Copilot by CaseEasy

AI-powered insights to help identify opportunities to improve client CRS scores.

Copilot analyzes de-identified client information and provides personalized insights into their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, highlighting areas where they may be able to improve their score and strengthen their Express Entry profile.

Coming next: We're working to expand Copilot to provide similar insights for Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).

Copilot is designed to support your professional judgment by helping you quickly identify potential opportunities to discuss and explore with your client.

📄 AI-Powered Document Scanning

Automatically review documents and identify potential issues.

CaseEasy can use AI-powered document processing to analyze documents such as passports and help identify important information and potential issues before they become a problem.

Current capabilities include:

  • Detecting document expiration dates

  • Identifying image-quality issues such as blurry scans

  • Extracting information from supported documents

  • Helping identify documents that may require further review

This can reduce the amount of manual document checking required while helping your team identify issues earlier in the case workflow.

Coming Next

✨ Agentic AI for CaseEasy

A new way to interact with your immigration practice.

We're developing Agentic AI for CaseEasy, with an initial release planned for later in 2026.

Rather than limiting AI to individual features, Agentic AI is being designed to allow authorized users to interact with their practice using natural language.

For example, you could ask CaseEasy to help you:

  • Find information across client and case records

  • Review the status of a case

  • Summarize case notes and documents

  • Identify outstanding work or information

  • Assist with case-related communications and tasks

  • Answer questions using information already available within your practice

Over time, we expect Agentic AI to become an intelligent layer across CaseEasy, helping you move from simply finding information to getting work done more efficiently.

Designed to work with the AI you choose

Our Agentic AI architecture is being developed to support multiple AI models rather than locking firms into a single provider. Our goal is to support leading AI platforms, including models from OpenAI and Anthropic, as the capability evolves.

Status: In development
Expected: Later in 2026

🛡️AI remains optional and under your control

We recognize that every firm has different requirements around AI, privacy, security and data processing. Using CaseEasy does not require your firm to use AI.

CaseEasy's AI capabilities are optional by design. Firms can choose whether to enable supported AI features while continuing to use CaseEasy's core practice management capabilities without them.

Importantly, many of CaseEasy's automation capabilities do not use AI at all. Features such as IRCC Portal Autofill through the CaseEasy Chrome extension and PDF Autofill are powered by rules-based data mappings, not artificial intelligence.

This allows firms to benefit from automation and reduce repetitive work without requiring AI processing.

Where applicable, administrators remain in control of which AI capabilities are enabled for their firm.

Help Shape CaseEasy AI

What would you want AI to help you accomplish?

We don't want to build AI simply for the sake of adding AI features. We want to focus on the areas where it can make a meaningful difference to the day-to-day work of immigration professionals.

We're particularly interested in the tasks that currently require significant time, repetitive work or manual review.

Tell us what you would want an AI assistant to help you accomplish in your practice.

Whether it's reviewing cases, working with documents, preparing communications, identifying outstanding work, conducting research, or something we haven't considered, we'd like to hear it.

🚀 What's ahead

This page will be updated as new CaseEasy AI capabilities become available and as our Agentic AI roadmap develops.
