Configure your Calendar
To get started, go to "Calendar" on the Main Menu, then click on "Configure".
Select a Start Time and End Time for each business day of the week, for example:
You can then configure the Average Meeting Duration, Average Wait Time, and Average Lead Days for your appointments.
Click and choose from their respective drop-down menus like so:
You can also add the holidays for the year.
Once you're done, click on "Save Changes".
Booking an Appointment
On the Main Menu, go to Cases.
Navigate to the case that you want to set up an appointment for, then click on "View Case".
Go to "Book Appointment".
On this page, you have the option to either Schedule an Appointment, or Share Your Calendar with your client.
Scheduling an Appointment
If you choose "Schedule Appointment", you will then be taken to the SmartCalendar, where you can view and choose from all your available slots.
Once you select a slot you will then be taken to the Appointment Details page, where you can select the Service Type and Assign Someone to conduct the session. You can also enter a message for your client. After that, you can click on "Book Appointment". You're done!
Sharing Your Calendar
If you choose "Share Calendar", you will then be taken to "Client Share" where you will be editing your email/email template for your client, along with a link to your Calendar itself.
You can click on "Preview Email" to see what the message will look like for your client.
Once you're satisfied with how everything looks, you can click on "Send". You're done!
