Embedding your questionnaires or assessments directly into your website allows your clients to easily complete them without requiring you to create their profile.

To get started, navigate to https://admin.caseeasy.ca, then go to Settings, then System.

Choose Integrations, then click on Website.

You will then be taken to the Assessment Embed Widget, where you will see an HTML snippet, along with some other links that you can copy and place on your website to embed the questionnaires.

Adding the iFrame snippet via HTML Block on WordPress

On your WordPress Dashboard, go to Pages, then click on Add New.

Click on the plus (+) icon to add an HTML block on your editor.

You can also just type "/HTML", then click on HTML, or press Enter on your keyboard.

Copy and paste the HTML snippet from the Assessment Embed Widget page onto the HTML block.

You can click on Preview to see what the embedded questionnaires will look like on your website.

Here's an example of what it will look like on your website:

Once you're done, just click on Save Draft, then you can Publish this page/your website once it's all set.

Adding a Button on WordPress

Aside from adding the iFrame snippet to an HTML Block on WordPress, you can also opt to just Add a Button that will redirect clients to the Assessment page.

To do this, just click on the plus (+) icon, search "Button", then click on the Buttons icon.

You can also just type "/Button" then click on the Buttons icon, or press Enter on your keyboard.

Click on "Add Text", and then an option to add a Link will show up.

Copy and paste the Assessment Embed Link onto the URL textbox, press Enter on your keyboard to add the link, and then toggle the "Open in new tab" button.

You can edit the name for the button by just clicking on "Add Text", and entering whatever you want to label it as.

You can then click on Preview to see what it looks like on your website.

Clicking on the button will then redirect you to the Assessment Page, where all of the questionnaires are.

Sample Assessment Page

Once you're satisfied with how it looks like, just click on Save Draft, then you can Publish this page/your website once it's ready.

Using the Customize Widget Button

Aside from embedding the questionnaires onto your website, you can also customize what the embedded assessment looks like.

On the Assessment Embed Widget Page, click on Customize Widget.

You will then be taken to the Assessment Embed Editor. To make the changes you want, click on Edit.

Here, you can edit the Title and Description for each embedded questionnaire. You can customize colors by entering the hex code for any specific color, and you can also Hide/Unhide each questionnaire by checking/unchecking the "Make Visible" button. You can also rearrange the order in which questionnaires show up by clicking and dragging them accordingly.

Once you're satisfied with the changes you've made, just click on Save, and you're done!
