How to Create an Invoice

This feature allows you to create a customized invoice for you clients. The invoice includes a printable version or a shareable link that you can send to your clients.

  1. On the main menu, click on Cases. This will bring you to the page with all your clients.

  2. Once you have found the client you would like to create an invoice for, click on Select Option then View Case

  3. This will bring you to the client details, along the top of the page, you will find the navigation bar, this is where you click on Billing. This will bring you to the Billing Manager

  4. Click Create Invoice, this is where you will be adding details for the invoice.

You can accept credit card payments through Stripe or LawPay, alongside, you can setup Auto Pay from a trust account.

Flat Fee can be adjusted to the fee of the Service Type, click on Add when completed to confirm the fee. You can edit the service by clicking on the blue pen, or delete by clicking the red X. Add custom services by clicking Add/Edit Service Types

Add any adjustment such as discount, interest, tax or addition which can be added to various aspects of the invoice. Confirm the adjustment by clicking Add

Add Terms & Conditions and Client Memo before saving the invoice. You can preview the invoice before saving the invoice.


To send the invoice to the client, click on Select Option then Share. This is where you can add a subject, message and email address(s).




The Shareable Link opens a print copy of the Invoice that the client can print for their records. Preview email displays what the client would see by clicking Preview Email
