To invite the client to complete a questionnaire from an existing case, follow the steps below.
Click on Applicants from the top menu bar then click on Add Applicants.
Select either the One Applicant or Multiple Applicants tab.
Click Assign to select and attach the preferred questionnaire. Repeat this step if the multiple applicants tab was selected in Step 2.
Once attached, update the Request Type column with a short description of the questionnaire, then click the Save Changes button.
Click Share to send the questionnaire to the respective applicant(s).
For Sponsorship cases such as Family Sponsorship or Refugee Sponsorship, the Sponsor can be added via the Applicants tab and the required details can be requested from the Sponsor.
