How to add images to emails
Start by clicking on Emails on the main menu after you log in.
Once you are on the emails page, click on Compose Email.
To add an image, click on Insert and in the drop-down menu, click Image.
The first tab named General will allow you to add an image by adding a link or by browsing your device by clicking the icon next to the text field.
Remember to save before continuing.
Adjust images by clicking on the image once, then adjusting the blue outline. This allows you to shrink or enlarge an image.
You can also use the Upload tab to drag and drop an image of your choosing from your device. The image below shows you how to drag and drop an image with ease.
You may also adjust your email images whenever you are prompted to send an email from your cases.
