The Forms module allows you to access the latest immigration forms. You may also add forms to the case record for the primary and additional applicants added on the Users page of the case.
๐ก CaseEasy updates forms every 24 hours to ensure you have the latest version. The system will also flag outdated forms if they are found on any of your existing cases, allowing you to update them before sending them to the IRCC.
Upon addition of forms to a client case, you may send an autofill request to CaseEasy to extract the information from a selected completed questionnaire and populate the immigration forms.

Add Forms to your Client Case
Navigate to a case record, then click Forms from the top menu bar.
Click on Add Forms.
Search for forms by first clicking the main immigration category and the corresponding sub-category, or by using the search bar on the right. You can search forms by code or by name in this search bar. Click Search or Press Enter on your device to return search results.
After making sure the checkbox beside the forms you would like to assign is filled, select the applicant you wish to assign the form to from the Applicants dropdown menu.
After, click Add to Case.
Using the Autofill Function
Ensure that your client has completed the questionnaire you have previously assigned to them.
Identify the form you would like to be completed from the Case Forms section and select Autofill from the Actions dropdown menu.

You will be prompted to select data source to transfer forms from. This data is taken from the questionnaires your client has previously completed. Click Proceed to finish.
After the forms have been populated and you have verified their content, you may send them for E-Signing using our E-Sign feature.
