Change Plan
To change your CaseEasy plan click on Subscription on the Navigation Panel.
On the My Subscription page, click on Change Plan.
A pop-up menu will appear prompting you to select what plan you would like to change to. After clicking the "Calculate Bill" button, the Billing Summary on the right of the page will be updated and a button to proceed will appear.
If you would like to manage licenses, you can do so in Subscriptions > Modify Licenses.
Cancel Plan
On the My Subscription page, click on Cancel Plan.
Enter Feedback/Cancellation Reason and click Proceed to confirm the cancellation.
