Workflow trackers allow you and your client to monitor the progress of a particular case before it is submitted to the Government. You can create workflow templates that can be automatically applied to the immigration cases you're working on.

Creating a Workflow Template

To make Workflow Templates, click on "Cases" in the left navigation bar and select the case you wish to create a workflow for.

Once on the case details page, click on Workflow and select Add New.

Enter the new Workflow Name and click Save.

After entering the name for the new workflow, you can add workflow items. You have the option to make each workflow item visible to your client.

Once you have added the work flow items you need, click on Next to go to the next step.

Click on the Case Type drop-down menu to map the case type to your newly created workflow and click Finish. You may select more than one case type to map to your workflow.

Assigning a Workflow Template to a Case

You can now apply your workflow template to your client case/s.

To get started, go to "Workflow > Assign Workflow" on the Case details page.

Select the workflow you wish to assign from the "Select Workflow" drop-down menu and click on Assign Workflow.

You should get a confirmation saying that the workflow has been successfully assigned.
