There are available pre-built questionnaires in the system that you can make copies of and edit based on the information you need.
Navigating to the Questionnaire Builder
To go to the Questionnaire Builder, click on "Settings" from the Main Menu and click Questionnaires.
Making a Copy of the Questionnaire
You will see all the available questionnaires - both pre-built (System Questionnaires) and the ones you made (My Questionnaires) on the menu.
Find the questionnaire you want to edit, then click on "Copy".
You will then be taken to the Questionnaire Builder, where you can now make changes to the pre-built questionnaire and select the sections you would like to edit. You can choose to change the Title of the questionnaire. Don't forget to click on "Save Changes" as well.
You will be prompted to "Go Back" once you save changes to the questionnaire.
Editing and Deleting a Questionnaire
Once you go back to the list of questionnaires, you will now see your newly created questionnaire under the My Questionnaires tab.
You can edit questionnaires under the My Questionnaires tab by clicking on the Edit icon.
You can delete questionnaires under the My Questionnaires tab by clicking on the Trash icon.
It is important to note that you have the option to make copies and edit questionnaires you made by default. This guide is mainly for editing the pre-built questionnaires by making a copy of them. |
