This article details the steps on how you can add another case to an existing client.
To add a new case to an existing client, click on Contacts from the main menu.
From the Contacts page, filter for the existing contact you want to add a new case to and click on their name.
💡You may also use the Search feature at the top of the page to find the Contact, then Add the Case to their profile.
You will be taken to the View Contact page. Click on Add Case.
On the Add Case prompt, Select the Case Type, and the Referral Source. Once done, click on Save.
Note that the Case Number should Automatically reflect the Case Number tied to the contact you are adding the new case, however, you have the option to change the case number when you add the case to your contact.
Once you have successfully added the new case, you will get a notification saying "You added case successfully!" and you should see your newly added case on the View Contact page.
